  1. In the event of a cancellation, please be aware of the following:
    1. If you choose to cancel your service before it has been activated, you are entitled to a full refund.
    2. If you cancel your service after activation, you are still eligible for a refund within the first 7 days (Money-Back Guarantee period) from the date of activation.
  2. To qualify for a refund within the 7-day Money-Back Guarantee period, the following conditions must be met:
    1. Your cancellation request must be submitted to our support team within 7 days from the activation date of the service.
    2. The cancellation must be made through the official support channels outlined on our website.

Refund Policy

  1. If you cancel your service within the 7-day Money-Back Guarantee period and fulfill the specified conditions, you will be eligible for a full refund of the hosting service charges.
  2. For cancellations requested after the 7-day Money-Back Guarantee period, or for services that were not canceled within the first 7 days post-activation, no refunds will be issued for the hosting service charges.
  3. Additionally, please be aware that any amounts paid for domain registration or transfer are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered or transferred, it becomes the property of the customer until the domain registration period expires.

Disputes and Chargebacks

  1. We encourage customers to reach out to our support team for any concerns or issues they may encounter. If you experience any challenges with our services or billing, please allow us the opportunity to resolve them promptly.
  2. Initiating a dispute or chargeback through payment gateways such as PayPal, credit cards, or banks without first contacting our support team will render you ineligible for a refund, even if the cancellation falls within the 7-day Money-Back Guarantee period.
  3. If a dispute or chargeback is initiated by the customer, MdmHost reserves the right to immediately terminate the hosting service, and no refunds will be issued.

Servers Refund Policy

    All cPanel/WHM & Linux managed/unmanaged VPS/VDS/dedicated server services are non-refundable after activation.

Refund Processing

    For eligible refunds, MdmHost's support team will process the refund within 7 to 21 business days from the date the cancellation request is approved.

Changes to the Cancellation & Refund Policy

    MdmHost may update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy periodically, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
